Return PolicyYour order is 100% guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Please notify us of any defects or shipping damage immediately. Your item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
We want you to be completely happy with these products for many years to come. The first step is to be certain about size of product and color of fabric.
Dimensions are posted for all products. Please note these and measure to be sure you are ordering the right size for your children. These products are hand made, so dimensions may very just slightly. If you have any questions, please give us a call or email before ordering.
The fabric pictures are for reference only. The actual fabric color may vary. The color settings on your computer are probably different than ours. This can result in color hues and saturations appearing differently on your screen. Fabric colors also vary from the mills, sometimes with each order we receive. If exact color matching is required, please call us for fabric samples. If you are working with a decorator, you may send us your fabric.
We call this C.O.M. (customers own materials).
If the size is correct and you are somewhat flexible on the exact shade of the fabric (or have called for samples or supplied fabric) then we are certain you will be happy with our products.
This furniture is custom hand made. We do stock many of the most popular sizes and colors but with over seven hundred style, size and color combinations, we generally make these to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If you need it sooner for a birthday or special occasion, we can almost always accommodate you. Please call before placing your order if you need rush service.
If your order has obvious shipping damage, please notify us immediately. You will be directed to file a claim with the carrier and we will repair or replace the product immediately.
Returns
If you would like to return a product, please let us know within 10 days from date of receipt. We will issue store credit for the value of the product less shipping charges and thirty percent restocking costs.
This is store credit for exchange merchandise. We do not issue refunds.
Please email us for a Return Authorization Number. This must be issued before merchandise is returned. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of original packaging. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issue. Special or custom orders cannot be returned except for defects or shipping damage.
Returned merchandise must be new and unused. For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns for used merchandise.
Cancellations
Your order is custom hand made. If you cancel your order and your order has been manufactured, but not shipped, we will credit 80% of the value of the product plus the amount that you paid for shipping. If your order has already been shipped it will be processed as a return. This includes orders not accepted at delivery. Special orders and supplied fabric orders cannot be cancelled.
